The Council for Arab-British Understanding and the Conservative Middle East Council (CMEC) would like to invite you to attend our annual event on the fringe of the Conservative Party Conference which takes place in the Colony Restaurant at the Midland Hotel in Manchester from 3pm-5pm on Tuesday 4th October.

We are delighted to host “Peter Oborne in conversation with The Rt Hon Dr Liam Fox MP, Secretary of State for Defence.” The event will be chaired by The Baroness Morris of Bolton OBE DL, the CMEC Chairman.

It promises to be a lively discussion covering a wide range of topical issues emanating from the region and will be followed refreshments including fresh mint tea and baklava.
